Hot Roasted Garbanzo
This recipe is quick, easy, and contains only 2 ingredients! Crunchy and spicy are the two things I love most in food. These baked chickpeas are both, plus a tasty and healthy snack.
2- 13.4 oz. Organic Garbanzo (Chickpeas),
Drained & Rinsed (about 3 cups)
¼ cup Your favorite Buffalo Sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
- Drain and rinse garbanzo beans. Pat dry with towel.
- Bake for 12 minutes, and carefully roll them around with a spoon to get the other side crispy.
- Bake for another 12-15 minutes, then place them back in the bowl and toss with the extra buffalo sauce. Set aside.
