Breakfast Tropical Bowl




Breakfast
Tropical Bowl

2 servings
1 banana
1 mango
2 tablespoons walnuts
2 tablespoons raisins
1 tablespoons coconut
2 cups almond milk

Any fresh or dried fruit combination would work.

Almond Milk

(yields 3-5 cups or so)

1 cup almonds
5 cups water

Next, blend all ingredients on high in a regular blender or a VitaMix

At this point, you can serve the almond milk exactly as is — you’ll simply have to give it a good shake before pouring!

If you prefer a smooth texture, though, you’ll want to give it a strain. To do this, you’ll need a large container, and some cheesecloth.
