Sunflower Pâté
This is the best pate I have ever tasted. It's so simple, fresh, and cool
Yield 2/2 cups
1 1/2 cups sunflower seeds, soaked overnight, then rinsed
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup tahini
1teaspoon Celtic salt
3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1 inch fresh ginger root
Combine all ingredients in a food processor and purée.
