Mediterranean Dolmas


Mediterranean Dolmas
makes 4 servings
You can enjoy as a main dish or as an appetizer is really good

Filling
1/2 Cup sun dried tomatoes, sliced
1/4 cup dill, chopped
1/4 cup raisins
1/2 cup pine nuts
2 tablespoons extra virgin oil
Pinch sea salt

Wrapper
1 collard leaf

To make filling, soak slice sun dried tomatoes in 1 cup of water for 10 minutes until
soft. Mix dill, raisins, nuts, oil, and salt. Add softened sun dried tomatoes and mix well
Fill each wrapper with a quarter of the filling.
Will keep for two days in the fridge
