Almond Coconut Porridge


Almond Coconut Porridge
This is a great creamy, nutty porridge. 

1/2 cup almonds, soaked
1 apple, chopped
1/4 cup shredded coconut
1/2-3/4 cup almond milk
2 tbs maple syrup or agave syrup
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract
Fruit, Goji Berries, to taste

In a food processor, pulse the soaked almonds with the other ingredients, leaving some texture.
